Build on your foundation and unlock greater range, stability and ease on the bike. Yoga for Cyclists – Level 2 blends a stronger Vinyasa flow with restorative Yin work to target hips, hamstrings, lower back, shoulders and core.

Weekly structure
  • Two sessions per week: 30–40 minutes each.
  • Session 1 – Vinyasa (strength & movement): Cycle-specific strength and mobility for core, hips and shoulders; thoracic breathwork to improve breathing and posture; linking breath with movement to build stability and coordination; proprioception practice; finish with a short guided relaxation (1–2 minutes).
  • Session 2 – Yin (flexibility & recovery): Begin with stillness and observation; move into long, floor-based holds for hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders; use restorative breathwork and awareness cues to release tension and aid repair; close with a short guided meditation (2–3 minutes).
  • Focus theme: Each week targets a specific area to create steady, noticeable progress.
