Build on your foundation and unlock greater range, stability and ease on the bike. Yoga for Cyclists – Level 2 blends a stronger Vinyasa flow with restorative Yin work to target hips, hamstrings, lower back, shoulders and core.

Weekly structure
- Two sessions per week: 30–40 minutes each.
