Togo Keynes

Lead Cycling Coach | Co-Founder

Togo is the driving force behind Njinga’s proven 360 coaching system. As a 3x Team GB Masters road cyclist, British Cycling coach and advanced personal trainer, he combines deep expertise with a passion for helping cyclists 35+ ride stronger and feel their best.

With over a decade of coaching experience and a holistic approach that integrates training, fuelling and mindset, Togo specialises in helping riders break through plateaus, conquer big challenges and rediscover the joy of cycling - all while balancing busy lives.

Leigh Rogers

Leigh is the heart of Njinga’s rider community, bringing warmth, encouragement, and years of experience in making cyclists of all levels feel supported and motivated.

She has a gift for connection - whether she’s welcoming new riders, cheering from the sidelines, or guiding athletes through their toughest sessions. Leigh’s passion lies in helping people believe in themselves and enjoy the journey as much as the results.

Sam Edwards

Sam loves to swim, bike, run, and brings her yoga expertise to benefit our riders both on and off the bike.

  • Triathlon England Level 2 Coach
  • FASTER PT & Functional Performance & Running Coach

ACHIEVEMENTS:
  • Competed in multiple endurance races including Ironman Hamburg 2019 and Outlaw Ironman Distance 2018

Chris Murray

Cycling Coach

Chris is a Level 3 cycling coach with extensive experience as a keen road cyclist.

  • Association of British Cycling Coaches (ABCC)
  • Level 3 Coach, TrainingPeaks Level 1 & 2 Accredited
  • Science of Endurance Training & Performance (University of Kent)
  • David Lloyd / Stages qualified cycling instructor

  • Completed multi-day cycling trips in Europe
  • Competed in 100+ mile sportives and 300+ km Audax events in the UK

Ian Craig

Sports Nutritionist

Ian is Njinga’s in-house exercise physiologist and the leader of our nutrition strategy.

Adam Daniel

Mobility Coach

Adam is an accomplished sportsman and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people be their brilliant best.


CREDENTIALS:
  • Wattbike, Health and Fitness Lead Educator
  • MBA in International Sports Management
  • Currently attaining an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change

ACHEIVEMENTS:
  • Named one of the Evening Standard’s Top 5 Personal Trainers in London
  • Represented Team GB at the 2019 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships

Dr Mark Bellamy

Sports Psychologist

Dr Mark Bellamy is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, specialising in performance psychology.
