I’m not sure which programme to choose – how do I start?

Is this right for me if I’m not very experienced?
Yes. You’ll train in your own zones, with coaching that adapts to your level so you progress confidently without the intimidation.
Do I need an indoor trainer, or can I use a gym bike?
Either works – use a smart trainer at home or a Wattbike at the gym (power/cadence required). Peloton can work if you fit power pedals. You’ll also need a laptop/tablet and stable internet.
How much time do I need each week?
Start with a minimum of 2 hours per week. Perform commitments vary by plan but can start from 15 minutes a day. Accelerate includes two compulsory 60-minute indoor training sessions plus the ability to add optional sessions if you have time. Elevate tailors the load to your schedule.
How is Njinga different from training apps or other coaching options?
