Perform adapts to your schedule with self-guided plans. Accelerate includes two weekly 60-minute coached rides plus optional extras. Elevate is tailored around your lifestyle with weekly adjustments.
What level of coaching support will I get in each programme?
Perform gives you structured training plans and community support. Accelerate adds live coached sessions, feedback, and group accountability. Elevate provides full 1-to-1 coaching with personalised calls, data reviews, and continuous adjustments.
Do I need special equipment for these programmes?
All programmes require a smart trainer or Wattbike that records power and cadence, plus a laptop or tablet with stable internet. For Elevate, you can also integrate outdoor training if agreed with your coach.
What happens if I miss a session?
With Accelerate, we build in an extra two week buffer to allow for flexibility, but we recommend you catch up as soon as possible to stay on track with the group. Perform and Elevate are both flexible to your schedule from the start.
What are the payment options for each programme?
Perform plans are purchased individually upfront. Accelerate can be paid upfront or in monthly instalments. Elevate runs on a tailored coaching agreement, with monthly instalments available.
