Each programme is designed for different needs: Perform gives you structure with maximum flexibility, Accelerate combines group accountability with coaching, and Elevate offers personalised 1-to-1 support. Perform is for self-motivated riders who want structure and flexibility. Accelerate is for cyclists who thrive with community, challenge, and group coaching. Elevate is for riders who want personalised 1-to-1 support to progress faster.

Perform adapts to your schedule with self-guided plans. Accelerate includes two weekly 60-minute coached rides plus optional extras. Elevate is tailored around your lifestyle with weekly adjustments.

Perform gives you structured training plans and community support. Accelerate adds live coached sessions, feedback, and group accountability. Elevate provides full 1-to-1 coaching with personalised calls, data reviews, and continuous adjustments.

All programmes require a smart trainer or Wattbike that records power and cadence, plus a laptop or tablet with stable internet. For Elevate, you can also integrate outdoor training if agreed with your coach.

With Accelerate, we build in an extra two week buffer to allow for flexibility, but we recommend you catch up as soon as possible to stay on track with the group. Perform and Elevate are both flexible to your schedule from the start.

Perform plans are purchased individually upfront. Accelerate can be paid upfront or in monthly instalments. Elevate runs on a tailored coaching agreement, with monthly instalments available.
