This isn’t just a cycling tour — it’s a challenge, an adventure, and a celebration. Across four unforgettable days in the Italian hills, you’ll tackle iconic climbs, cruise UNESCO landscapes, and immerse yourself in Njinga’s signature ride culture: camaraderie, coaching, and unforgettable food.

Day-to-day Schedule
Each day on this trip has been thoughtfully designed to strike the perfect balance between challenge, reward, and pure enjoyment. From leg-loosening loops to lung-busting climbs, every ride brings something different — with time to pause, soak up the views, and savour the culture along the way.
You'll be supported by our experienced Njinga team, ride in pace-matched groups, and enjoy fully guided routes with GPX files, van backup and recovery tools built in. Whether you're pushing your limits on Monte Grappa or toasting your effort at the finish line of the Prosecco Gran Fondo, you're in for four days of riding you won’t forget.
Day One: Asolo Loop

25km / 250m climbing
Mid-afternoon spin to loosen the legs and explore the hills around Asolo.
Challenge Day: Monte Grappa

125 km and 2650 m climbing
Enjoy the panoramic views of Italy on this legendary climb nestled in the heart of the Dolomites. With 11 unique options to summit it, this spectacular ascent boasts an average gradient of 8.1%, pushing you over 19 kilometres with a total elevation gain of 1,542 meters.
Day Three: Dolomite Valley

56 km and 780 m climbing
A slightly easier day in the saddle, we will explore quiet country roads winding through picturesque landscapes and two towns: Possagno and Bassano, surrounded by limitless amounts of culture and nature.
Prosecco Sportive: Final Day

100 km and 1500 m climbing
Join 4,000 riders on a 100km sportive that winds through the breathtaking Prosecco Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage site. This closed-road event is unlike any other! Get a flavour for the exclusive event here.

After a rewarding day in the saddle, retreat to our peaceful 1750 Italian villa nestled among the rolling hills of Asolo. With lush gardens, panoramic views, and rustic charm, it’s the perfect setting to unwind, reflect, and connect with fellow riders — or simply put your feet up and enjoy a quiet moment to yourself.
- The rooms are simple yet full of traditional Italian character, each with a private bathroom and single occupancy for added comfort.
- Our accommodation is chosen to bring the group together, to share stories from the ride, refuel together, and build connection, while still giving you the privacy and space to relax when you need it.

We always put great emphasis on our food and this trip is no different.
At Njinga, food isn’t an afterthought — it’s a key part of the experience. From energising breakfasts to hearty, wine-paired dinners, every meal is designed to nourish your body, satisfy your taste buds, and bring the group together. Ride hard, eat well, and share the day’s stories around the table.
- Wake up to a perfect breakfast each morning ensuring your body is fully fuelled for your days cycling.
- Each night we will feast on tasty local produce, including dessert and a glass of wine. (Two nights will be at the villa and two nights in the nearby town sampling the best of the region.)
- We can cater for vegan and gluten free for an additional cost(please email us to enquire).
- Excludes lunches and coffees on route each day.

- Rider Fitness: Able to ride 80–150km/day at 23kph+
- Airport Transfer: Group shuttles from TSF/VCE
