Weekly structure
  • Two sessions per week: 30–40 minutes each.
  • Session 1 – Vinyasa (strength & movement): Cycle-specific strength and mobility for core, hips and shoulders; thoracic breathwork to improve breathing efficiency and activate deep core muscles; link breath with movement to build stability and control; proprioception practice; finish with a short guided relaxation (1–2 minutes).
  • Session 2 – Restorative (flexibility & recovery): Mobility poses to enhance range of motion, progress to muscle-lengthening work to increase flexibility; restorative breathwork to promote rest and repair; awareness cues to notice subtle sensations; close with a guided meditation (2–3 minutes).
  • Focus theme: Each week targets a specific part of the body.
