Personalised 1-1 cycling coaching built around your life, your stress, and the next 20 years

Not just a plan. A partnership.

Most people invest heavily in their careers. Few invest intentionally in their physical longevity. Elevate is what changes that.

Who Is Elevate For?

Cyclists who look a lot like I used to

Executives, business owners, and professionals in their 40s and 50s, running a demanding week, managing teams, travelling constantly, carrying real responsibility, and still wanting to achieve big things on the bike.

I was a CEO by 40 before becoming a performance coach. I understand what it's like to perform under pressure and the sacrifices you make to your health.

I built Elevate around the life I've lived and the one you're living now.

"This is not just coaching. It's training built around the next decade, not just your next event."

Elevate works best for cyclists who:

  • Want coaching fully shaped around their life, not a template
  • Are ready to commit to the long game (6-12 months not just one season)
  • Value strategic guidance over just being told what to do
  • Want to keep riding strongly for decades, without sacrifice
  • Want training to reduce stress, not add to it

Why most coaching fails after 40

What used to work doesn't anymore.

Most cyclists over 40 assume their best years are behind them. Our riders discover the opposite. You're still motivated. You still love cycling. But something has changed.

  • Recovery takes longer
  • Consistency feels harder
  • Confidence quietly slips

Most coaching doesn't account for the physiological reality of aging, the mental load of a stressful career, or the compounding effect of life stress on your body.

Elevate is 1-to-1 coaching built entirely around our Njinga 360 Performance CodeTM.

It's training that shapes around your stress levels, your recovery patterns, your ambition, and your timeline. All of it. Every week.

Performance after 40 requires a different way of thinking.

Cycling should feel good. Not like another obligation. When training is built around your life, it becomes your release, not another demand on it.

HOW IT WORKS

The Elevate Approach:

Every decision follows four principles. Not just at the start but every single week, as your life changes around you.

UNDERSTAND

I need to understand you - not just your FTP, but your life, your stress, your capacity right now.

BUILD

Training built around YOUR constraints. Work travel coming? We adjust. Stress high? We pull back. Capacity available? We progress. Every session is designed specifically for you.

ADAPT

Direct access to your coach. Decisions made before things go wrong, not after. Life happens. Training adjusts. No guilt, no rigidity, just sustainable progress.

PROTECT

You're training for decades, not just your upcoming event. Every decision protects long-term health. This is about building something that lasts.

"When you reach that climb you never thought you'd conquer - you'll have someone who believed you could, long before you did."

What You Can Expect Inside Elevate

Elevate is a partnership, not a programme. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Fully personalised performance strategy
  • Ongoing adaptation as life and physiology change
  • Problems caught before they become setbacks, not after.
  • Strength, recovery and mobility built in from day one, not added when something hurts.
  • Guidance on nutrition, workload, and sustainability
  • Direct coach access, not a support inbox, or a 48-hour wait.
  • Long-term planning beyond the next event
  • This isn't about chasing who you used to be. It's about unlocking what's still possible.

WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES

Cyclists don't just ride better. They feel different.

Performance improves.

But that's not what our clients talk about most. They talk about confidence returning. About enjoying cycling again. About training feeling like a release, not another stressor.

  • Feel more confident again - on the bike and in your decisions
  • Trust your body - instead of fighting it
  • Train with clarity instead of anxiety -no more second-guessing
  • Enjoy cycling more - without losing your ambition
  • Stop accumulating injuries - because durability comes first

The Core Promise

"You won't just cycle better this year. You'll still be cycling strongly in 10, 15, 20 years from now, with confidence, control, and enjoyment."

Most Elevate Riders Start Here

Before committing to long-term coaching, most Elevate riders begin with a full Performance MOT. We assess how you move, recover, train, and ride, identifying the biggest opportunities limiting your performance right now, from pedal efficiency and durability to training structure and recovery after 40.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical next steps, and a clearer understanding of where your biggest opportunity for improvement really is.

If you go on to join Elevate, your £299 MOT investment is credited in full against your partnership.

Frequently asked questions

Most cycling coaching focuses almost entirely on training sessions, power numbers, and volume. Elevate takes a very different approach.

We coach the whole cyclist, not just the workouts.

That means your training is built around your work stress, recovery capacity, travel schedule, sleep, family commitments, injury history, nutrition, and long-term health, not just your FTP. For cyclists over 40, those things matter more than most people realise.

Elevate is designed as a long-term performance partnership. Instead of reacting after fatigue, injury, or burnout happens, we adjust early and proactively to keep you progressing sustainably.

This is coaching built around real life, not ideal conditions.

An indoor trainer or Wattbike that records power and cadence is essential, along with a laptop or tablet, stable internet and an ANT+ receiver or Bluetooth. A heartrate strap is recommended.

That’s exactly why Elevate exists.

Many of our riders are executives, business owners, and professionals with unpredictable schedules, travel commitments, and demanding weeks. Flexibility is built into the coaching process, not treated as failure.

If work becomes stressful, travel increases, recovery drops, or life simply gets busy, your training adapts with it.

We would much rather adjust intelligently than force you to follow a rigid plan that no longer fits your reality.

Because sustainable progress comes from consistency over time, not perfection week to week.

Every Elevate partnership begins with a thorough assessment of where you are now, your physiology, your history, your goals and your life. That baseline means progress is measurable from the start. Most cyclists notice a difference in how their training feels within the first two to three weeks. Measurable performance gains typically follow within six to eight weeks of consistent structured training.

If progress isn't happening as expected, your coach identifies why and adjusts, that's the point of ongoing oversight rather than a fixed plan. The cyclists who get the most from Elevate are those who communicate openly and train consistently. The programme is designed to work around real life, not despite it.

If you still don't see results after the first 3 months, we will happily refund your money, no questions asked.

Elevate is structured around a 6 or 12-month partnership because meaningful, sustainable progress takes time. A month-to-month coaching relationship doesn't allow the kind of long-term planning and adaptation that makes Elevate work.

6-month partnership: from £3,570, £595/month 12-month partnership: from £6,800, £566/month, and the most cost-effective way to commit to the long game.

Pricing varies within each tier depending on your specific requirements, this is confirmed during the application conversation. There's no pressure to choose before we've spoken.

Because your body no longer responds to stress in exactly the same way. Recovery takes longer. Sleep quality matters more. Life stress accumulates more easily. Your ability to absorb high training loads changes.

The problem is that most cyclists never adjust their approach. When progress slows, they often respond by adding more intensity, more volume, or more pressure, which usually leads to fatigue, plateau, or burnout. After 40, improvement comes less from doing more and morefrom doing the right things consistently.

That’s exactly what Elevate is designed to help you do.

That depends on what you value.

Most people invest heavily in their careers, businesses, and responsibilities. Very few invest intentionally in the long-term health, movement quality, and physical capability that supports everything else.

Elevate is not simply about riding faster next month.

It’s about protecting your health, maintaining your strength, improving your energy, and continuing to ride confidently for years to come.

For many riders, that becomes one of the most valuable investments they make, not just in cycling, but in themselves.

Many of our riders come to Elevate after previous coaching experiences left them frustrated, exhausted, or stuck.

Often the problem is not motivation or discipline. It’s that the coaching never fully accounted for the reality of life after 40.

Generic plans and rigid training structures rarely adapt properly to work stress, travel, recovery limitations, or changing energy levels. Elevate is different because your life is not treated as an inconvenience to the training plan. It becomes part of the coaching process itself.

That’s often the shift that finally unlocks consistent progress again.
