We assess how you move, recover, train, fuel and ride, identifying the biggest opportunities limiting your performance right now, from pedal efficiency and durability to training structure and recovery after 40.

Most cycling coaching focuses almost entirely on training sessions, power numbers, and volume. Elevate takes a very different approach.

We coach the whole cyclist, not just the workout data.

That means your training is built around your work stress, recovery capacity, travel schedule, sleep, family commitments, injury history, nutrition, and long-term health, not just your power data (or FTP). For cyclists over 40, those things matter more than most people realise.

Elevate is designed as a long-term performance partnership. Instead of reacting after fatigue, injury, or burnout happens, we adjust early and proactively to keep you progressing sustainably.

This is coaching built around real life, not ideal conditions.

An indoor trainer (Wahoo Kickr Core or Tacx Neo, etc) or Indoor Bike (like a Wattbike or Wahoo bike) that can externally transmit power, cadence and speed is essential, along with a laptop or tablet, decent broadband connection and an ANT+ receiver or Bluetooth to capture and transmit your cycling data to our indoor cycling software. A heartrate strap is recommended.

That’s exactly why Elevate exists.

Many of our riders are executives, business owners, and professionals with unpredictable schedules, travel commitments, and demanding weeks. Flexibility is built into the coaching process, not treated as failure.

If work becomes stressful, travel increases, recovery drops, or life simply gets busy, your training adapts with it.

We would much rather adjust intelligently than force you to follow a rigid plan that no longer fits your reality.

Because sustainable progress comes from consistency over time, not perfection week to week.

Every Elevate partnership begins with a thorough assessment of where you are now, your physiology, your history, your goals and your life. That baseline means progress is measurable from the start. Most cyclists notice a difference in how their training feels within the first two to three weeks. Measurable performance gains typically follow within six to eight weeks of consistent structured training.

If progress isn't happening as expected, your coach identifies why and adjusts, that's the point of ongoing oversight rather than a fixed plan. The cyclists who get the most from Elevate are those who communicate openly and train smart with the time they have available each week. The programme is designed to work around real life, not despite it.

Elevate is structured around a 6 or 12-month partnership because meaningful, sustainable progress takes time. A month-to-month coaching relationship doesn't allow the kind of long-term planning and adaptation that makes Elevate work.

6-month partnership: from £3,570, £595/month 12-month partnership: from £6,800, £566/month, and the most cost-effective way to commit to the long game.

Pricing varies within each tier depending on your specific requirements, this is confirmed during the application conversation. There's no pressure to choose before we've spoken.
