Elevate is designed for cyclists in their 40s and 50s who are serious about the long game, typically professionals or business owners with demanding lives who want coaching that fits around them, not the other way around. If you're earlier in your journey, Accelerate is likely the better starting point.

Yes. Your coach sets training zones and plans based on your current level, so you’ll improve steadily whether you’re new to structured training or a seasoned rider.

An indoor trainer or Wattbike that records power and cadence is essential, along with a laptop or tablet, stable internet and an ANT+ receiver or Bluetooth. A heartrate strap is recommended.

Elevate is fully tailored to your lifestyle. Your coach will design a plan around your availability, but most riders commit to 3–6 hours per week depending on goals. You’ll train smarter, not longer - most of our clients train less hours and improve faster.

Elevate includes a personal coach, custom training plan, regular data reviews, WhatsApp access, and scheduled 1-to-1 calls. You’ll start with a full consultation and performance diagnostic, from which we create your success map identifying your goals and setting the the foundation for coaching. From there, you’ll follow a personalised plan built around our 3 training pillars, tailored to your fitness, lifestyle, and ambitions. It’s the highest level of support Njinga offers.

Your coach will adjust your plan weekly, check in via WhatsApp, and hold regular calls to keep you accountable. You’ll also get detailed analysis of your sessions and progress. If you're not local, all your coaching will be covered remotely with regular check-ins on Zoom. For those riders who are able to attend in-person single sessions or full 1 day VIP experiences in SW London, we can offer a combination of both in-person and online.

This is dependent on your specific goals and training needs. Our shortest package we offer is a minimum commitment of 6 months but we have riders we have been working with for over 2.5 years.

Elevate is billed monthly, with pricing based on the level of support you choose. Your coach will confirm details during your discovery call, as packages are tailored to your goals and schedule. To give you an idea, programmes typically start from £595/month.
