Frequently asked questions
Who is Accelerate best suited for?
Accelerate is perfect if you love a challenge and thrive on group accountability. It’s designed for riders who want structured coaching, community motivation, and measurable results.
Accelerate suitable if I’m not very experienced?
Absolutely. You’ll train in your own personalised power zones, so sessions adapt to your level. Beginners build confidence while experienced riders are still pushed to progress.
Do I need special equipment to join Accelerate?
You’ll need a indoor trainer, or Wattbike that records power, speed and cadence. (Peloton works if you fit power pedals.) A laptop or tablet with stable internet is also essential.
Recommended is a power meter, heart rate strap and exercise mat.
How much time per week will I need?
Accelerate is built around two compulsory 60-minute coached indoor sessions each week and a ride out. There are also optional extras like stretching and strength work. Plan for minimum 2 hours weekly with the option to do more.
How and when are the sessions delivered?
We use immersive online training software to deliver the on demand sessions. Even though you get to chose when to do them, you’ll never ride alone.
Every training session feels like a live workout with real-time coach led guidance, accurate data-driven structure, and the energy of a group ride, all in one.
What if I get sick or go on holiday?
This is the beauty of having access to a coach. We will guide you on how to adapt your training accordingly or how to adjust the sessions in the weeks you are away. As you have the complete flexibility to do the training sessions at a time that suits you, your coach will provide you with the best course of action regarding the session(s) missed so you stay on track and don't fall behind.
What coach support do I get during the programme ?
You’ll join a private WhatsApp group with your training cohort, plus have weekly live coach feedback and Q&A sessions to keep you on track. These are done according to a set schedule, alternating between a Tuesday (7:30PM) and Thursday evening at 6:30PM (UK time). Recordings will be made available if you're not able to attend live.
How long do I have access to Accelerate?
The Accelerate programme runs in 8 week blocks, but you’ll usually have access for up to 10 weeks per block to finish sessions if needed.
Do you offer a payment plan for Accelerate?
You can join Accelerate Flexi, paying monthly from £139 pcm and choosing your training blocks, or Accelerate Max, paying £119 pcm for 7 months. Both options include the money-back guarantee. Purchase all 7 months upfront and save an additional 10%.
