You’ll never ride alone. Every training session feels like a live workout with real-time coach led guidance, accurate data-driven structure, and the energy of a group ride, all in one.

We use immersive online training software to deliver the on demand sessions.

This allows you to monitor your real time power, or power to weight data during any timed intervals within a training sessions so you can accurately track your progress by setting precise benchmarks to maintain and improve upon.

 These training sessions allow you to complete your sessions at a time that suits you. Your LIVE rider stats will slot into the immersive leaderboard as if you are doing the session live with other riders and hear the coach giving instructions. You will still be able to "ride against" other riders in a group, giving you the motivation to stay focused and working hard, while being pushed by others.

The weekly coach calls are your chance to ask any questions or discuss any issues you are having with your training. You will get support around your goals and training numbers and how to use the data to support your training, recovery session and other key topics. There will also be opportunities to be in the hot seat where the coach will go through your questions in greater detail.

These are done according to a set schedule, alternating between a Tuesday (7:30PM) and Thursday evening at 6:30PM (UK time). Recordings will be made available if you're not able to attend live.

This is the beauty of having access to a coach. We will guide you on how to adapt your training accordingly or how to adjust the sessions in the weeks you are away. As you have the complete flexibility to do the training sessions at a time that suits you, your coach will provide you with the best course of action regarding the session(s) missed so you stay on track and don't fall behind. 

The compulsory elements are 2 x 60 minute indoor training sessions each week. 

We also recommend following the sessions with a 20-minute post session stretch. On top of these compulsory sessions there will be an additional optional indoor training session and a recommended outdoor endurance ride. There is also the opportunity to do additional off bike conditioning sessions each week depending on the time you have available. These are not compulsory but we do encourage you to do as much as possible to see the biggest returns.

Key performance metrics will be sent via email including accurate power data for intervals within sessions, total average power, power to weight, speed, cadence, heart rate and distance. Plus a percentage of power and HR zones utilised. We have then put together a data analysis spreadsheet for you to enter you power data into for each interval. This will help you to track performance improvements week on week and see how you compare for each individual interval, allowing you to see what areas you are improving on and where you fall short. The coach will also be tracking your data to help support you through the programme.

Each block of Accelerate has been designed to finish in 8 weeks. We know from experience that life can get busy so we will give you access for an additional one week to complete. After this you will lose access. Why do we do this? We are all about getting results and to do that you need to stay consistent and focused with your training. If you miss too many sessions in a row you lose the performance gains and momentum, and you can drop off completely. We want you to have the best chance of success so by removing access after 9 weeks we want to encourage you to stay on top of your training and stay consistent! 

Of course, solo training is possible, but Accelerate is designed with expert-driven progression, support, and accountability as too often we see riders lose momentum and motivation when training on their own.
