All sessions can be booked directly below, or on our app, (see below on how to download) and will be held in Lab and online through our performance software, Spivi. Please make sure you select the correct session when booking, either LAB or ONLINE.
When signing up for a remote online session please ensure you select a virtual spot and don't select a bike.
