TOUR DE
BAKER TILLY (RSM)

How do you unite 23 regional offices and more than 300 staff and clients to challenge their physical abilities and raise money for charity?

CREATING A BESPOKE "GRAND TOUR" EXPERIENCE

For two consecutive years we covered the length and breadth of the UK in an epic twelve day cycling experience. Incorporating over 23 regional offices, riders of all abilities took up the challenge to cycle up to four stages and raise funds for their designated charity.

This was a truly epic company event - finishing memorably at the start of the Tour de France.  We covered every detail of The Tour de Baker Tilly* including: a pre ride training day, all event registration and logistics, motorcycle outriders, support vehicles, ride captains, on the road nutrition, dedicated photographer and a grand post-event dinner.  *Now RSM

TESTIMONIALS

Njinga guided us through the whole process of organising a large cycle event right from its inception.  They were professional, well organised, helpful and fun.  The event included riders of all abilities. We all left feeling like we had been part of something very professional and tremendous fun.  I would thoroughly recommend Njinga and we plan to use them again at future events.

MARTIN ROSSITER

Partner and Managing Director

Njinga worked with us right from the start to create a unique two week corporate event perfectly tailored to our needs. They were flexible in their approach, full of enthusiasm and new ideas, and their organisation leading up to the event was faultless. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, organisation and attention to detail throughout the whole two weeks was second to none, ensuring a hugely successful event that our colleagues and clients will continue to talk about for months to come. I was particularly impressed with the quality of ride leaders and their ability to control a group of such varied ability safely whilst still making sure everyone felt challenged. Thank you Njinga and here’s to the next Tour de Baker Tilly.
