HOW TO DOWNLOAD TEAM APP AND JOIN THE NJINGA COLLECTIVE
The Njinga Collective now has its very own smartphone app which will be used to keep you updated with all the latest news, rides and socials. This year, Team App will also be used to collect membership fees.
To join the Njinga Collective follow these simple steps below:
STEPS TO DOWNLOAD TEAM APP AND SIGN UP
STEP 1
Once you have downloaded Team App, if you are new to the Njinga Collective, you will then need to sign-up to Team App. (You'll be sent an e-mail to activate your account).
If you have joined the Njinga Collective Team App in previous seasons and already have an account you will need to log in and then you can skip to step 4.
STEP 2
Once you have created your account you will need to log-in and then click on 'Find your Team/Club'.
Search for The Njinga Collective in the top search bar.
Once The Njinga Collective Appears, click on the club to load more.
STEP 3
Near the top of the page, you will need to click "request to join this team's app".
You will then need to select "2024 Membership Requests". On this page you will need to fill in all your details and once complete click 'send' at the bottom of the page.
STEP 4
Once your request has been approved, go to Store from the Njinga Collective App homepage and select either Full or Associate membership.
Once you have purchased your membership you will be able to sign up to rides and events. See below for more details on how to sign up for club rides and events using Team App.
STEPS TO SIGN UP FOR COLLECTIVE RIDES
Team App will be used to sign up to each Njinga Collective ride or event. Rides can be booked 14 days in advance and bookings must be made 12 hours before the ride if you plan to attend. Spaces will be limited within each speed group for ride captain led rides later in the season so you MUST book in advance to ensure you get a space and to help us organise Ride Captains. You cannot turn up on the day without signing up.
STEP 1
On The Njinga Collective main screen you will need to click on 'Events'.
STEP 2
Here you will see the calendar for the year.
Dots under a date indicate that there is a ride or event on that date.
If you click on any date with a dot, the event name and time will appear underneath the calendar.
STEP 3
Click on the event that you would like to join and more details for the event will appear.
At the top of this page you will be able to confirm your attendance to this ride/event.
Don't forget if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please do update your reservation to say you are no longer going to be attending.
