"I really enjoyed the programme and it had such a positive effect on my fitness and performance. I had been off the bike and very inactive for a whole year, so I started training again on my own in February 2020. I progressed slightly improving my FTP score from 140 watts to almost 200 watts but I told my wife then that I could see how difficult it will be for me to improve further without proper coaching and training discipline. "The 8 week Njinga Climb Faster programme was extremely well thought out and so easy to fit into a busy day which was ideal.
The daily S&C and core routines became my 'go to' first thing each morning to kick start the day and were a great all-round workout! I confess there were times part way through some exercises when I felt like giving up, but seeing Togo also suffering from time to time gave me encouragement and the motivation to keep going.
