2. ACCOMMODATION

* Our home from home this trip is made up of 5 unique apartments, tastefully renovated from a 150 year old farmhouse and barns with each room having its own bathroom. You will enjoy a beautiful sun terrace, BBQ area and swimming pool, perfect for post ride recovery.

* We choose our accommodation with great care. We want you to "feel at home" and get off the bike when you are done for the day and be able to kick back and relax in comfort with your fellow riders.

* Our focus is on bringing everyone together to recount the days riding, while still having your own privacy to retreat for a post ride nap.

* We have been told it’s the community feel, camaraderie and group support, no matter what level of rider, that keeps everyone coming back.

"We were blessed with beautiful weather and stunning scenery, but what made it was the camaraderie of the group and the support from the Njinga team" Mary Benner

Absolutely fantastic trip from start to finish - Can't fault it! Thanks to you all for making it so memorable.

KARMAN GORDON

3. DELICIOUS FOOD

* As holistic nutrition coaches, all our food is cooked from scratch and with years of practise, we know just how to satisfy our hungry riders.

* Performance on the bike is integral to our fuel smart strategies to ensure energy levels are maintained and post ride recovery is maximised.

* Down to the last detail with pre and post ride smoothies and buffet style meals, we ensure your body is fuelled with the right natural foods both on and off the bike to aid your performance and enjoyment.

* We can cater for vegan, gluten free and vegetarian for an additional cost.

"Leigh's food was absolutely sensational, so tasty and plentiful" Sarah Guignard

4. CAMARADERIE AND SUPPORT

 * Our number 1 consistent feedback is the support and encouragement of the Njinga community that keeps everyone coming back. Not only from the friendly and supportive staff but the riders themselves, driving each other on to push a little harder.

* The difference is doing a cycling tour where you get to meet new friends while also sharing the road with existing mates from past tours or rideouts back home. The focus on these trips is fun, laughter and sharing new experiences together.

"The evenings are a perfect wind down, great food, little bit of wine and lots of banter. Really awesome trip!" Sam Taylor

We recommend you arrive on an early flight into Dubrovnik in Croatia. Both BA and Easyjet offer an early morning flight that gets in around 10AM. (The flights are more frequent and cheaper to Dubrovnik and it's a 90 min transfer.) We recommend a group transfer to the villa, alternatively you can hire a car. Please do get in touch at [email protected] for more details.

You will be able to check in from 1PM on the Thursday with the first ride aiming to depart at 3:30PM. Check out is 10AM on Monday so we recommend any flight after 3PM.

Yes, there will be a ride captain/coach leading 2 different speed groups each day. Depending on group ability, stronger riders can start slightly later each day or ride ahead to the coffee stop if needed. Everyone will receive all the route GPX files prior to departure.

Yes, travel insurance is compulsory, particularly with all the Covid uncertainty and changes happening. We will do our best to ensure the trip goes ahead as planned but please see our Covid specific policy below.

If the trip is affected by any changes implemented by the government in either the UK or Montenegro we will do the following:

- If we are unable to travel on the specified dates due to new travel restrictions put in place, we will offer you a credit towards another trip.

- If you test positive for Covid prior to departure and are no longer able to travel, we will do our best to try and accommodate you on a future trip but we are a small business and unfortunately can not absorb the cost for any changes out of our control. We shall have no liability to you for any refunds, compensation, losses, costs, expenses or damages you incur. These are risks which you must protect through obtaining comprehensive travel insurance which includes cover against any COVID-19 issues or incidents which may affect your booking.

- We are not responsible for any flights or other relevant expenses you may be liable for in the event of having to cancel so strongly recommend you take out travel insurance as suggested above.

If there is any other reason the trip has to be cancelled which is out of our control, we will transfer your payment onto a future trip. If it is due to our own decision, we will refund you the full amount already paid.

In both instances we are not responsible for any flights or other relevant expenses you may be liable for in the event of having to cancel so strongly recommend you take out travel insurance as suggested above.

If you are no longer able to make the trip and need to cancel, you have the following options:

- 2 months or more from date of departure - you lose your £250 deposit only
- 0-2 months from date of departure and you have already paid the full balance, 0% refund

If however you are able to find a replacement rider, there will be a £30 charge to transfer the booking into someone else’s name provided you find someone and they pay the full amount owed.

As there are multiple back to back days of riding with a fair amount of climbing, we recommend you are comfortable maintaining a speed of at least 21 km/h and can ride 60-80 km a day.
