- "I lack motivation and have lost interest and enjoyment in training and being on the bike."

"I always feel tired and fatigued and this not does improve with rest or recovery periods."
- "My legs always feel tired after a session, even when I exercise at lower intensities."

- "I often find myself getting irritable very easily.
"

- "I am struggling with frequent and lingering illnesses and often get niggles or injuries."

These are all signs you are not taking enough time to recover properly.

This talk will focus on different ways you can enhance your recovery to help optimise your cycling performance.

"Our cycling club Dittons Velo had the benefit of Togo's vast knowledge when he delivered a course of 3 performance talks. They were well presented with slides and some practical examples. Our members learnt so many great tips and are already putting them into practice."
