Our cycle training camps are geared towards newcomers and intermediate cyclists and focus on increasing your riding confidence, building core cycling skills and improving your endurance and technique. On each ride you will be accompanied by a cycling coach with more than 10 years of endurance cycling experience, ensuring you get the most out of your cycling weekend.
In addition to guiding you through some of the UK's most scenic cycling destinations, as certified health coaches and sports nutrition advisors you will also benefit from practical nutritional advice and recommendations, plus mouth-watering organic meals tailored to optimise your cycling performance.
Ride Briefing: pre ride briefing and course outline so everyone is familiar with what to expect on the route and where we will stop for lunch
Stretching: personal trainer and fitness expert to lead you through a pre ride dynamic stretching session to stimulate muscles for exercise and static stretching post rides to remove Lactic Acid from muscles and reduce DOMS
Ride Food: natural energy bars and bananas provided to improve performance and boost glycogen stores
Ride Drinks: natural electrolyte drinks provided to keep you hydrated on your ride
